You are warmly invited to a workshop in Vocal Sound Healing, facilitated by Annette Odimer in the beautiful temple of Solhälla in Svenshögen, Sweden.This workshop offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the experience of your own voice, as well as the voices of others. We begin with simple breathing and body-awareness exercises, gradually opening the way towards your natural voice and exploring how it can be used as a healing modality, for yourself and for others. Our natural voice is the voice that emerges when we let go of aesthetic ideals, expectations, and societal norms about how a voice “should” sound.
