(formerly known as Ecstatic Dance with Grundstoff & Ionstrom) In the framework of our new association, Range of Motion, our dance evenings are evolving into a bit more intentionally held and themed format. The events will open with a session of guided movement exploration, inspired by the theme of the night, before the dance unfolds into a free ecstatic wave. You can participate in the parts of the program that suits you.
We encourage all participants to become members, for a continued fellowship and discounted tickets on all events, which replaces our previous early bird-system.
WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Our invitation is to approach dance as a moving meditation, as a way to sweat your prayers and celebrate being alive, with all that it includes!
Have you ever been longing for a dancefloor where you can set yourself free to dance as if no one is watching, and where everyone else is doing the same? A dancefloor with a high and clear vibe - no alcohol, no small talk, no smartphones, no shoes. Simply a group of people moving freely, for the pure joy of it, the therapy, the medicine, the pleasure.
